ePB New Features 2020

The Success Systems team has launched a newly redesign cloud based ePB interface.

 

We have launched a number of new features for ePB users that will give them more access to data and provide added flexibility.

 

Here is a summary of our most update features:

 

ePB's New Look and Feel -  ePB is now more useful and enjoyable. We have maintained ePB navigation so all our users will be able to move through cstoreuniverse.com faster and with more ease.

 

Mobile Application (ItScans)- We have developed both OS and Andriod based tablet/phone application. User can enable features that include updating inventory, item information and managing Lottery from one easy place. Creating Invoices and managing your product re-order can be managed and sent over to ePB. ItScans is fully synchronized with ePB which will allow you to switch seamlessly between mobile device and cstoreuniverse.com

 

Fuel Tank Monitoring integration - Automatic pulling and processing of tank reading files from register synced with Veeder-root. Includes information such as gallons and temperature.

 

Fuel Price Integration & Monitoring - The user will be able to update their pricing for fuel within ePB and upload it to the registers' digital interface. This will facilitate and keep track of any changes.

 

Reports' in Multiple File Formats - Our new Reporting System will allow ePB users to generate and export reports into the most common file formats including Excel, Word, PDF, CSV. New reports for 2020 have been added including; EPA, vendor cost/sales, Hi/Low Taxable sales, lottery sales and Inventory and many more.

 

Reports' Searching capabilities - Our new Reporting System allow users to lookup specific data on the user generated report. This will save you time scrolling through the whole report.

 

Promotion Screen Upgrade - Our promotions section allows ease of use for creating promotions and sending them to the register in one shot. The user can accommodate for total price, discount amount, and percentage, while also allowing the user to add multiple groups to the promotion. Scan Data specific Text fields and check boxes have been added to simplify the Tobacco rebates validation for RJR, Altria, and ITG.
